And if you introduce a new appliance before your next test date, let us know and we will call in next time we are in the area to test and tag it free of charge.

What we do.......

Inspection

We'll inspect your appliances for electrically unsafe, damaged or malfunctioning parts.

PAT Test

We undertake thorough electrical testing of your appliances with high spec PAT test apparatus to check for fire and electrical safety to NZS 3760 standard.

Tag

Appliances that test compliant with NZS 3760 standard are tagged with an NZSafe PASS tag appropriate for its work environment (medium or heavy-duty tags) to confirm the appliance has been tested and is compliant.

For your workplace safety, appliances that FAIL are labelled with a ‘DANGER- OUT OF SERVICE’ tag. We provide a description, best course of repair or action to be taken and the location.

Report

We provide you with your own report that lists the number of tested appliances passed and those failed stating the reason for the Fail and recommended the best course of action to be taken as well as a notice for your staff containing electrical safety information – as part of your Worksafe/OSH obligations.

Certificate

We provide an NZ Safe Certificate to confirm your site has been tested which can be kept on file to be used as part of your Worksafe/OSH compliance.

Appliance Register

Upon request, we can create an appliance register to itemise your appliances complete with description.

Retain

We retain back-up copies of your report for 7 years to ensure you have access to a  copy should you be audited by Worksafe/OSH.

Follow Up Service

We will let you know in advance when your appliances are next due for re-testing leaving you time to efficiently organise your next Test and Tag schedule (as outlined in NZS 3760).

Contact us to arrange an obligation-free site-visit so we can discuss your company's electrical safety compliance needs.
